When you shop with Reddskin UK, there are different ways we gather information about you:
When you register with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and, if you place an order, your credit card details which are encrypted so that they cannot be seen. We do keep records of your name, email address and physical address only. All this is necessary for us to recognise you as a registered customer and to fulfil the orders you place with us.
We keep a record of your purchases with us; this means we can send you the most relevant offers. It also means we can deal a lot quicker with any problems you may experience with your order. We store this information on a separate, encrypted hard drive.
Our mailing list is personal to us and you are only on it because you have subscribed either in person at an event, through social media or through this website. We never ever share your details with third parties. You may opt out of our mailing list and stop receiving newsletters at the end of every email we send you.
We will never ask for personal payment details via email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking you for your bank details relating to a Reddskin UK product, please contact us immediately.

People wishing to use Reddskin.co.uk must read and agree to be bound by our policies. In particular, we draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase, order acceptance and our privacy policy.
DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS
Discount promotions apply only to personal orders. Orders that are considered to be commercial may be excluded from these offers.
Orders placed outside of the specified date are not eligible for these offers and the offer cannot be applied or transferred to any previous or subsequent orders placed outside of the period stated.
We reserve the right to modify, or remove promotional codes at any time at our sole discretion.
Excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation.
In order to allow fair redemption of promotions, we may restrict redemption to one per person.
Gift vouchers are excluded from all promotions.
All discounts offered will be applied at checkout after an applicable promotion code has been entered successfully.
Certain products may be excluded from promotions.
PRICING
We cannot confirm the price of an item until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy (see ORDERS section below).
GBP AND EUR PRICING
Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP).
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability.
Please note that for inventory purposes each item requested constitutes an individual order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
▪ The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
▪ Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
▪ The identification of a pricing or product description error.
Specially commissioned pieces will be dispatched not later than four weeks from order acceptance date, unless notified and agreed by you otherwise by email.
If you experience any problems with your online order please contact us so that we make rectify the situation.
Workshop and class fees are non-refundable if cancelled by the client within 48 hours or less. If they are cancelled by the Workshop/class leader due to unforeseen circumstances your session will be transferred to the next available or appropriate workshop/class time by mutual agreement.
If you book a workshop/class and are unable to attend please endeavour to contact us as early as possible. Your place will be booked for the next available workshop. As mentioned above, Workshops or classes cancelled with 48 hours or less notice will forfeit the full price. Workshops or classes cancelled with between 72 and 49 hours notice inclusive will incur a 50% fee.
Gift Vouchers purchased from us may be used as payment in exchange for goods or services sold on our website or at one of our events. Please note that once sold we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged gift vouchers, and that our gift vouchers are valid for a maximum period of 6 months from date of issue.
PAYMENT
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Reddskin.co.uk , we will not be liable for any delay or non-shipping.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns for bespoke items.
We do not accept returns for sale items.
We accept returns for non-commissioned, ready-made items within 14 days of receipt if they are unworn, and in a resalable condition. In order to be eligible for a refund you must contact us FIRST before returning goods to this, postal only, address:

Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be made to the original payment method less shipping cost.
Please note it is your responsibility to return items in adequate packaging. Items not returned in suitable packaging will be returned and no refund will be given.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES RIGHTS AND RIGHTS TO USE
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in Reddskin UK. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorised by Reddskin UK and by using our Contact form to make a request. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.
